Clacton seafront Airshow 2013
Dual reasons for wanting to visit this year - a combination of Red Arrows "Target practise" ahead of other displays, and the fact that the Vulcan was displaying - the first time I've managed to see XH558 flying, and what a sight (and sound!) she is! Sadly the weather, while sunny enough to make sunburn unavoidable, was also quite hazy, meaning that visibility wasn't the best.
All shots in this album were taken using the 40D body with the Tamron 70-300mm F4-5.6 SP Di VC USD - the final verdict being that it is good, but probably not quite good enough to justify using for Dartmouth.
